Bronco & Ultimate California Road Trip

There will be one (1) Prize available. The Prize Winner (“Winner”), upon the Administrator’s verification of eligibility, will receive a prize package inclusive of the following:

1. A 2023 2-door Ford Bronco (MSRP – $50,000). Actual Prize vehicle may vary from vehicle advertised. Prize will be delivered to winner “AS IS.”  Any upgrades or other options are at the sole expense of the Winner. Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the vehicle including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition. The Winner must have proof of a valid USA driver’s license from his/her state/province of residence to take delivery of vehicle; failure to show same may result in Prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate Winner. Winner will be responsible for all optional equipment, title, license, insurance and registration fees required in claiming the vehicle, applicable taxes, as well as, all other expenses relating to the use of vehicle, including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the vehicle. All other costs not specifically stated herein as being awarded are the responsibility of the Winner. Winner may be required to show proof of insurance prior to taking delivery and pick up vehicle as directed by Sponsor.  Winner acknowledges that Sponsor has not made nor is in any manner responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize offered in the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Prize vehicle may not meet safety or emissions testing required in some states and/or counties. The Winner is responsible to check their state/county for applicable emissions requirements and safety inspection requirements prior to accepting the Prize and must use the vehicle in accordance with those regulations.
2. A trip for two (2) people to California (the “Location”) including two (2) roundtrip standard economy airfare tickets from a major commercial airport in the USA, near the Winner’s primary residence and the Location, as determined by Sponsor (Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if Winner resides within 200 miles of the Location).
3. Standard hotel accommodations in the Location for four (4) nights (double occupancy room and tax only). One (1) night in Santa Barbara, one (1) night in Malibu, one night in Big Sur, and one (1) night in Napa Valley. Exact accommodations to be determined by the Sponsor in their sole discretion.
4. One (1) $4,000 prepaid gift card
5. Daily activities including a surf lesson, winery tour + whale watching boat ride (all based on availability)
