One (1) Grand Prize will be available to be awarded. Winner will receive a trip for winner and *one (1) verified guest to Miami, Florida. Grand Prize includes round-trip coach air travel for winner and one (1) verified guest from a major commercial airport near said winner’s residence*, four (4) days/three (3) nights hotel accommodations based on double occupancy (standard room) and two (2) admission tickets (for winner and one [1] verified guest) to attend an international art fair on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, December 8-10, 2023 (admission tickets are subject to terms and conditions of art fair organizer and venue including prohibited items and mandatory security checks, and are not intended for re-sale or use by any persons other than winner and guest; if winner/guest do not attend all three [3] days of art fair, no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded) and one (1) **Gift Card up to $3,200 for winner that may be used for any additional expenses not specified in these Official Rules such as but not limited to ground transportation and meals (Gift Card Issuer will be chosen by Sponsor at its sole discretion and Gift Card is subject to terms and conditions of use as indicated thereon.). Winner’s guest must be 21 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States or District of Columbia and must sign and return a Guest’s Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (where lawful) prior to accompanying the winner on the trip. Grand Prize trip must be taken December 8, 2023 through December 10, 2023. IF WINNER IS NOT AVAILABLE TO TRAVEL ON SUCH DATES FOR ANY REASON, THE GRAND PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED WITHOUT COMPENSATION OF ANY KIND AND AN ALTERNATE WINNER WILL BE SELECTED (TIME PERMITTING). For the avoidance of doubt, award of the $3,200 Gift Card element of the Grand Prize is contingent upon winner taking the trip to Miami, Florida. Sponsor will make travel arrangements (flights, hotel accommodations) on behalf of winner and winner’s guest using its own travel agent. Travel itinerary (i.e.,  airline and hotel) are of Sponsor’s sole choosing; without limiting the foregoing, flight may not be non-stop.
