Trivento American Royal BBQ Festival Tickets – 2023-08-31

THREE (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded during the Sweepstakes Period. Each Grand Prize Winner will receive two (2) tickets to the 2023 American Royal BBQ Festival in Kansas City, Missouri, scheduled for September 28, 2023 to October 2, 2023, two (2) coach round trip airline tickets from an airport closest to winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor), and two (2) nights standard hotel room accommodation (dates, hotel, and location to be determined). **_Winner and guest must be 21 years or older._** If a Grand Prize Winner chooses to accept the Prize and travel without a guest, the Grand Prize Winner will receive only one (1) coach airline ticket and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded in conjunction therewith. All travel dates will be determined by the Sponsor, and once made may not be altered except by Sponsor. Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply to Grand Prizes. Grand Prize may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Grand Prize winner and respective travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary and on the dates and/or times specified by Sponsor or Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Once the travel companion is selected, they may not be substituted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. **It is the responsibility of the winner and their travel companion, if any, to possess valid travel documentation prior to travel. All additional costs are the sole responsibility of the winner.** Grand Prize Winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that the Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. **_Alcoholic beverages are not part of the prize_** **.** If Grand Prize Winner elects to travel with no travel companion, or if travel companion is unable to travel for any reason, no additional compensation will be awarded in lieu of travel companion’s portion of Grand Prize, including air transportation, hotel stay, etc. All fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of Grand Prize (such as security fees, gratuities, luggage fees, meals and incidental charges) not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner will not receive difference between actual and ARV. In the event any event associated with the Grand Prize is cancelled for reasons out of Sponsor’s control after trip is booked, that portion of the Grand Prize will be cancelled and no additional compensation will be provided. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes and those set forth by airline carrier‘s passenger ticket contract.
