apply); two (2) tickets to a Carrie Underwood concert in December 2023 at location determined by Sponsor
in its sole discretion (winner may select concert date from Sponsor provided options if available; terms and
conditions of tickets apply, seat location to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion); and $3,042.86
awarded as a check to be used towards payment of taxes associated with prize acceptance.
