Pipcorn Broadway Experience Sweepstakes – 2024-01-31

Grand Prize Award (maximum 1 prize award): The eligible entrant designated as the grand prize winner shall be awarded one (1) 3-day, 2-night trip to New York City, NY with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) not to exceed $3,360 and shall include:

· Coach class airfare for winner and one (1) guest, from the Sponsor-designated nearest major metro airport to the winner’s residence as provided during registration to New York City, NY (NYC area airport as solely designated and determined by Sponsor);

o NOTE: If grand prize winner resides within 250-miles of the greater New York City, NY metropolitan area, Sponsor reserves the right to provide one (1) $500 gift card toward ground transportation in lieu of airfare. Gift card as solely designated and determined by Sponsor and subject to the terms and conditions, including any expiration, of the gift card provider policy.

· Two (2) nights in a Sponsor-designated standard double-occupancy hotel in the New York City, NY metro area, subject to availability;

· Two (2) tickets to Shucked on Broadway. Ticket date, performance time, seat type and section are solely designated and determined by Sponsor, subject to availability;

· One (1) $500 gift card from the Sponsor-designated gift card provider. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions, including any expiration, of the gift card provider policy.

Travel must be booked a minimum of four (4)-weeks prior to travel and must conclude by 5/1/2024.
