Pepsi 125 Diner in New York Sweepstakes – 2023-09-16

Five (5) prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a trip for winner and
winner’s one (1) guest to New York City, New York. Travel expected to take place in early October 2023.
Additional trip details will be communicated to the potential winner at the time of Notification (see Section
6). The trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from a major airport
nearest winner’s home to New York City, New York; double-occupancy, standard hotel accommodations
for two (2) nights; a “Pepsi Diner Experience”; and $200.00 (awarded in the form of a check, payable to
winner). Details of the Pepsi Diner Experience to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is: $3,600.00, depending on winner’s point of departure and
destination airport.
